Subject: Accidents from chocolate eggs

The Council shares the concern of the honorable Member of Parliament regarding the prevention of such accidents, which can have dramatic consequences, especially for children.

Since in this case the Committee is responsible for taking legislative initiative, the Council will pay particular attention to any proposal from the Committee on this matter, so that the appropriate measures can be taken as soon as possible. In the meantime, it invites the honorable Member of Parliament to contact the Committee directly to obtain more detailed information on the matter.
